Leadership development

What a fantastic year - together with the best colleagues at Volvo Cars!

In 2024, I wished for a "context" - and I got a context!

Imagine that I got to be a Leadership Developer internally at Volvo Cars!

Imagine that I got to be part of the automotive industry from the inside, see the opportunities, see the challenges, see the solutions and all the power that exists in the 98-year-old car company!

Imagine that I got to be part of projects that created opportunities for managerial cross functional collaboration, deepen understanding of business acumen, what creates value for all of the company's stakeholders, deepen digital knowledge and efficiency through AI and develop leadership through Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading the Business!

I will forever remember the warmth, commitment and professionalism!

Now I take the experiences with me to continue developing people further through new opportunities going forward!
